The Hard drive(s) are diagnosed and categorized into repair levels depending on the issue the drive is having.

Diagnostic Fees start at $29 at the time of drop-off.

Level 1 Recovery charges occur when the hard drive is in working condition or has file system and/or partition issues. This step is practiced while diagnosing the drive, so if you are told by a tech it can be fixed with a level 1 recovery there is a 99% chance of recovery. Pricing is between $50-$200. Price does not include storage for recovery's over 8.5gb's.

Level 2 Recovery charges occur when the hard drive's logic board malfunctions and needs repairing. Payment is need before proceeding with this level of repair. Success rate for this type of job is 80%. Estimated price for this level of recovery is around $300-$500. Price does not include storage for recovery's over 8.5gb's.

Level 3 Recovery's are diagnosed in a clean room and you are quoted for the repair. If you would like this level of service performed there is a $200 diagnostic fee which needs to be paid in full before sending the drive to the clean room. If you agree to the terms the raw data is extracted and compiled into usable information by repairing the hard drive. Pricing for this level of recovery is $500 and up. Price does not include storage for recovery's over 8.5gb's.
