Cartridge Care
Never let your ink go completely empty. This makes the print heads fire dry which can damage the cartridge's print head. When you notice missing colors in your prints either get a refill or replace the cartridges with spares.

Do not let your ink cartridges sit empty. This causes the print head to dry up which makes refilling them nearly impossible or refills will not work properly.

If you notice lines or skips in your prints this means the print head needs to be cleaned. Never touch the print head with your hands. Run the head cleaning cycle from your printers software or sometimes it is a function in the printers menu.

Do not leave your ink cartridges in the hot sun especially in your car during the summer. This causes the print head to expand and possibly leak.

Try to keep the cartridges upright. If you tip them on there side the colors could mix.

After installing a refilled cartridge do at least 2 print test pages to settle the cartridge.

NOTE - RECENTLY PRINTER MANUFACTURERS HAVE BEEN TRYING TO STOP INK REFILLS DUE TO LOSS OF REVENUE SO SOME NEW PRINTERS DON'T ALLOW REFILLED INK TO PRINT BY GIVING ERRORS STATING THAT THE INK IS EMPTY WHEN IT HAS BEEN REFILLED OR SCARING THE CUSTOMER TO THINKING THAT IT WILL DO DAMAGE TO THERE PRINTER. IF THIS IS THE CASE COME BACK FOR A FULL 100% NO HASSLE REFUND. PLEASE BRING THE RECEIPT AND CARTRIDGES.
