Remote support sessions are $50 for the first 1/2 hour and $25 every 15 minutes thereafter and require a major credit card.
This service is included in some repairs so if
you are
having issues after picking up your machine call and
speak with your technician and see if remote support is
available for the problem you are having.

1. Go to the top of the webpage and type computerri.com in the address bar like below.
2. Find the area on the webpage titled "Remote Support"
3. Click CONNECT NOW
4. Click Run
5. Click Actions
6. Click More Options
7. Click Run Anyway
8. Leave the boxs blank and click connect
